- FRH MRE heaters are approximately the shape and size of a playing card, weigh less than one ounce, and are easy to store. There are 648 MRE heaters per master carton.

- Spent pads are easily disposed of, with no toxic materials. The FRHs are made from powdered food grade iron, magnesium, and salt.

TrueTech ZestoTherm MRE Food Heaters are simple to use
Simply open the top of the FRH MRE Heater  bag, add water to the "Fill Line," and fold the bag in half. Place the heater next to the MRE, and slide both back into the MRE box.
